Terms and Conditions

1. KCC reserves the right to accept or reject any applications
2. Once the Apartment is allotted and the Agreement signed the price will not be changed and shall remain fixed.
3. The Floor area includes proportionate share of Common Area and the thickness of walls. Individual Car parking Slot will be at extra cost.
4. All measurements and specification are subjected to minor variations without prior notice.
5. The Common Facilities and Amenities proposed in this website are liable to change, alter, modify, recast, relocate, add, delete or substitute if/when necessary.
6. The Title Deeds and other relevant Documents pertaining to the Project are available at our Office for reference.
7. Additional Expenditure to be borne by the purchaser:
8. • Service Tax. Sales Tax/VAT. One time Building Tax, Local Authority Tax, Contribution to Construction workers Welfare Fund and any other Taxes applicable or made applicable during the period of the contractor after completion of Project.
   • KSEB Deposit and expense for 3-phase Electrical connection, as well as the proportionate share of Transformer, Cabling and Municipal Water Connection Cost.
   • Deposit/Advance for maintenance of Common Area and Facilities
   • Extra Work required, if any, will be charged accordingly.
